The Multi-Country Demobilization and Reintegration Program (MDRP) was developed within the framework defined by the document Greater Great Lakes Regional Strategy for Demobilization and Reintegration, which was endorsed by partners and the Board of the World Bank in April 2002. Below is the original document outlining the approach MDRP partners agreed upon then and that has since guided its operationalization through the setting up of the program and associated multi-donor trust fund. |
